As a Weekend Meta Lead Sales Expert, you will represent Meta at Nebraska Furniture Mart to create a best-in-class in-store experience through immersive hands-on demonstrations of our client\xe2\x80\x99s AR/VR products. You will be the face of our client\xe2\x80\x99s brand at Nebraska Furniture Mart and represent cutting-edge technology that gives people the power to connect with friends and family, no matter the distance. You will educate customers, drive sales, and ensure relationships within your stores are developed and maintained. You will also educate your store\xe2\x80\x99s retail associates and management via in-aisle training to help drive incremental sales for you. You will collect and report your activity via our sales reporting tools, execute assisted sales programs, and provide competitive information to grow your market and the brand.This is a part-time opportunity working 5-hour shifts each Saturday and Sunday. You must have full availability between the hours of 10am-8pm. Training will start September 14th to prepare you for in-store visits beginning September 28th. WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO
  • Achieve KPIs and strive to consistently meet sales goals and program objectives
  • Convert product benefits to sales - fully understand the features and benefits of Meta products including hardware and accessories
  • Increase consumer sales through proactive engagement and demonstrations
  • Build long-lasting partnerships and relationships with store personnel
  • Engage and educate retail sales associates while creating excitement to increase the rate of recommendation
  • Perform day-to-day operations, including but not limited to merchandising and maintaining our interactive displays and verifying in-store promotional and marketing material
  • Gather, summarize, and report via our reporting tool daily on field and channel feedback and activities, as well as inform the team of competitive insights
  • Periodically coordinate and execute special awareness and sales events
  • Display a professional demeanor while representing Meta and BDS Connected Solutions
WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BRINGExperience and Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Background in consumer electronics and customer-facing retail environment, with a focus on selling and product demonstrations
  • 1+ years experience in retail sales required
  • Familiar with AR/VR technology
Skills and Attributes:
  • Extremely strong interpersonal communication \xe2\x80\x93 written, verbal, and on camera
  • Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and promote client\'s products to the consumers at the retail level
