Job Description

Paradise Oaks Youth Services (POYS) is looking for Facility Managers to work the Weekend/ Overnight Shifts. This shift is a wake/ night position and is assigned to work at one of our residental facilities. The shift is full time (31 hours) and is eligible for benefits.

PAY RATE

$21.00/ Hourly + wekeend/ overnight differential (hours worked ONLY)

SHIFT HOURS

Friday & Saturday- 10pm to 8:30am

Sunday- 10pm to 8am

Job Duties

Direct supervision and and observation of youth during all assigned activites, areas, and shifts. Supervision may include transportation of youth using agency provided vehicles. Supervise youth during shifts in all routine hygiene, recreation, meals, visiting, and other daily and special events and activities.

Perform house cleaning functions and food services functions involving the service of food, foor services clean up, and the supervision of youth while dinning to provide guidance in social grace and appropriate behavior in compliance with California Code Regulations, Title 22, Section 87076.

Monitoring and following the daily youth schedules

Application of appropriate disiplinary measures for youth within agency program guidlines. Provide youth with structure, limit setting, and guidance in relation to agency rules and accepted standards of behavior. Actively intervene to correct maladaptive behaviors and model appropriate behaviors for youth.

Implementation of youth\'s indidvudal treatment plans as it pertains to youth\'s behaviors.

Completion of youth documentation including, but not limited to, point sheets, behavior logs, monthly reports, and quarterly reports.

Able to apply their training on trauma-informed care when working with the youth we serve.

Direction and guidance of assigned subordinate employees to ensure assigned responsibilities and durites are accomplished effectively, and within authorized budget limitations.

Completion of other duties consistent with the above as assigned by direct supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelor\'s of Arts or Science degree from an accredited college or university

OR

- Two years of full-time work experience with emotionally disturbed youth
