DescriptionThe Welcome Center Student Assistant will be a current student enrolled in IWCC. Student Assistant willJob Duties
- Greet and welcome students, staff and campus guest
- Answer incoming phone calls to campus and direct them to the appropriate department, area or service
- Provide support and assist to admissions/recruiting staff as required
- Provide tours and guidance to campus guest
- Must be currently enrolled and in good academic standing
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to students and campus guest
- Able to work in a fast past environment
- Successful candidate must be able to sit stationary for extended periods of time
- Candidate maybe required to walk for intermediate distances when required
