About the Opportunity:xe2x88x99 Job Title: Welderxe2x88x99 Pay: $25/Hourxe2x88x99 Location: Winsted, MNxe2x88x99 Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 6:30AM-2:30PM.Daily functions: * Responsible for day-to-day production in a safe and efficient manner according to planning for on-time delivery.

• Operational knowledge of manufacturing and welding applying TIG.
• Knowledge and operation of general metal shop equipment and tools.
• Process checks in accordance with quality requirements.
• Participate in the activities of daily improvement.
• Actively participate in multi-skill training.
• Actively participate in the teamxe2x80x99s WCM/5S activities and reach certain level according to the companyxe2x80x99s request.

Desired qualifications: * Minimum of 1 Year of welding experience.

• Welding certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Welding certification from technical school preferred.
• Experience welding stainless steel is preferred but not required.
• Strong preference for TIG welding.

Physical requirements: * Pushing, pulling, and lifting 40lbs.

• Able to stand and walk during shifts.
