We know that communication is key when it comes to a five-star client experience, so as well as using innovative technology to make the loan process smooth and simple, we never underestimate the power of personalized, human interaction. We know other companies say they have a great culture, but at Wesley Mortgage, we prefer to show it through our everyday interactions and support of one another.Responsibilities:Communicate, follow up, and complete loan transactions with Welsey Mortgage provided appointments.Represent Wesley Mortgage in inside sales opportunities, including on the phone, face to face, and digitally.Increase brand awareness through regular social media and networking opportunities.Advertise and communicate Wesley Mortgage\xe2\x80\x99s services to potential clients and identify proper residential mortgage loan products to fit their needs.Create a high level of customer service, to define the Wesley Mortgage brand and exemplify why Wesley Mortgage is the lender of choice in our community.Maintain organization of client data in our CRM System and Loan Origination Software.Sustain a high level of efficiency, to preserve a beneficial timetable for clients.Uphold high ethical standards/ business practices, attend sales/staff meetings, complete duties as assigned.Job Qualifications: Current registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.Compensation: Commission StructureBenefits: Wesley Mortgage is devoted to serving its employees.
