POSITION SUMMARY

The Forecasting Senior Analyst will be accountable for designing, delivering and maintaining short-term demand forecasting and staffing requirements for multiple lines of business. Responsible for following a methodology that will highlight in advance a comprehensive view of volume and staff capacity. As the Forecasting Senior Analyst, you are responsible for short range forecasting, project analysis, consolidation of actual volume along with ad hoc analytical support. The Senior Analyst collaborates with workforce and operations partners and others to ensure the accuracy of our variance drivers, and developing and identifying trends. This position will possess strong project management, interpersonal skills and exhibit initiative and intuitive solutions based strategic thinking.

Primary Functions

  • Creating, revising and implementing capacity planning and forecasting.
  • Analyze customer data such as contact volume, inventory TAT trends while accounting for state mandated processing requirements.
  • Leverage data and predictive analysis to clearly articulate problems and influence decisions that support the strategic direction.
  • Develop short range capacity model accounting for business needs and priorities.
  • Accountable to maintain and build relationships with key business partners.
  • Strong team player Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Key Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.
  • At least 3+ years relevant experience in forecasting, data analytics, resource planning/workforce management.
  • Strong data analysis/reporting skills, experience in modeling and organizing sequential data, statistical forecasting, and time series models (with seasonality and trends).
  • Demonstrated ability to research, problem solve, trouble shoot, lead, influence and partner across a matrix organization.
  • Proficient using Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros) and workforce planning software.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages preferred.
  • Exceptional communication (oral and written) skills, display ability to collaborate and develop effective relationships, perform work with a high sense of urgency.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 50,000 - 83,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
