Overview:

Big Sky Resort is seeking a Caretaker to join our Whitewater Inn Team. The Whitewater Inn operates as a hotel in the summer months and as team member housing in the winter months. The caretaker position is responsible for general housekeeping, deep cleans, custodial duties, and assisting with the Front Desk. This is a Full-Time Year-Round benefited position. Responsibilities:

• Perform housekeeping and custodial duties, including deep cleans.
• Assist with basic preventative maintenance duties.
• Assist with bi-weekly room inspections.
• Assist with distributing paperwork, notices, and other forms of resident communications.
• Daily upkeep and cleaning of public areas and shared spaces.
• Assist with hotel turnovers and furniture moves.
• Assist in reporting and addressing resident conduct issues within Employee Housing.
• Assist the Front Desk with checking in residents in winter and guests in summer.
• Assist the Front Desk will making keys.

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Computer literacy essential
• Experience in StarRez and SMS preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
