Wholesale Billing & Title Clerk

Fowler Automotive is looking for a motivated, reliable Wholesale Billing & Title Clerk in our Accounting Department. The Wholesale Billing & Title Clerk Processes Wholesale car deals. Verifies cost for the accounting department. Codes vehicle transactions and ensures the proper completion of related documentation through the accounting office. Obtains financial data for use in maintaining accounting records and wholesale processing by performing the following duties.

Job Responsibilities

• Processes all wholesale deals in DMS daily.
• Processes all intercompany wholesale deals in DMS daily.
• Pulls inventory jackets for corresponding deals.
• Assigns titles for wholesale deals and presents to purchaser for payment.
• Codes and pays auction statements/invoices.
• Prepares wholesale logs and sends reports to executive team weekly.
• Updates title and receivable status in all reporting systems.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements

Valid Driver\'s License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Compensation is based on experience and is highly competitive in the marketplace.
