. We specialize in distributing premium cut flowers, plants, floral supplies, and interior decor throughout the Northwest. In

2023, we expanded to Boise, ID

, bringing our expertise and passion for flowers to a brand-new market. Now, we're looking for a

driven, customer-focused sales professional

to help grow our Boise branch and build lasting relationships with local florists, event designers, and floral enthusiasts.

About the Role:

We are seeking an

outgoing and energetic Cut Flower Sales Representative

to join our Boise team! This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a

fast-paced environment

, enjoys connecting with people, and has a strong knowledge of cut flowers and floral design. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers--both over the phone and in person--providing expert product recommendations and ensuring they receive the best possible service.

What You'll Do:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers, offering expert guidance on flowers and greens Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Proactively seek out new customers and sales opportunities to grow our Boise market Handle inbound calls, process orders, and answer product-related inquiries Make regular outbound sales calls to your assigned customer list Accurately fill and pack customer orders for pickup and delivery Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Work collaboratively with our small, close-knit team to ensure smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For:

Floral industry experience is required

- knowledge of cut flowers and greens is essential

Energetic, friendly, and professional demeanor

Ability to

Work Schedule:

Sunday through Friday

schedule, with Saturdays and one weekday off (specific day to be determined)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
