Tasting Room manager- must be a lover of all things wine related. Have a hospitable disposition and the ability to create a memorable tasting experience and beyond. Responsible for the overall operations of the Tasting room and staff. Trains and enhance the staff's knowledge of PPW wines to be able to educate our guests, tell our story and gain and retain club members. The position will rotate weekly through shifts as Manager on the Floor to ensure winery guest satisfaction whether dining in the Bistro or visiting for an event. The rotating MOF supervises all the FOH staff working in both the Bistro and Tasting room during the rotation. Ability to open and close the entire facility weekly. Acts on the behalf of the general manager, in their absence, during a public or private event as needed. Assists or conducts group tastings and tours. Additional responsibilities as assigned by the GM or owner.
