... starting pay for store manager is $14.40/hr plus commission on all sales and monthly bonuses for store goals/metrics. Earn up to an additional $1-$5/hr in these incentives.Primary Responsibilities
Supervise / work with a team member Adjust/adhere to a daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting Resolve customer complaints/ issues Train team Maintain sales goals Outside Marketing & Events Inventory Motivate teamQualifications:
