As the Women\xc2\x92s & Children\xc2\x92s Services RN Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional patient care within our client\'s state-of-the-art healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supervising a team of compassionate nurses and support staff.
- Overseeing the delivery of specialized care to women, children, and families.
- Collaborating with medical professionals to ensure the highest quality patient outcomes.
- Implementing and maintaining standards and protocols for women\xc2\x92s and children\xc2\x92s healthcare services.
- Handling administrative duties to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), masters preferred.
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Nevada.
- Certification in Women\xc2\x92s Health, Pediatrics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing experience, 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
