We are seeking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to support one of our clients based in the US. This teammate will do various administrative tasks in a fast-paced work environment, managing blog content, project management, and a lot more. The Role:

• Transfer agency content to WordPress CMS
• QA / spot-check blog content generated by agency partners prior to publishing (check headers, images, links, adherence to the style guide, etc)
• Format and publish some content on WordPress
• Run content through Surfer SEO to generate reports and action improvement recommendations
• Write SOPs/guides on project tasks as needed
• Assist in various project-related tasks as needed

The Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with WordPress content management system
• Strong written English skills with experience editing small documents for content errors
• Experience in managing, updating, and cataloging blog content
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Basic - intermediate Excel / GSheets for data entry tasks
• Willingness to assist in various ad-hoc tasks
• Ability to work CST (with flexibility for US hours overlap)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with SEO concepts and strategies and/ or keyword research
• Experience with Surfer SEO (or a similar tool like ClearScope)
