Responsibilities

Senior Workday Governance and Transformation Consultant to take on a pivotal leadership role in shaping our organization\'s ERP transformation and strategy roadmap. This role will involve spearheading the governance, and transformation of our Workday platform, aligning it seamlessly with our strategic business goals. As a consultant, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, drive system enhancements, ensure data integrity, and provide expert guidance on optimizing Workday\'s capabilities.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent field.
  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in driving comprehensive Software implementations preferably in healthcare organizations.
  • Extensive experience standing up project governance and operational models.
  • Demonstrated history of orchestrating Workday implementations.
  • Remarkable aptitude for project operations, supported by superlative communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Innate knack for dissecting intricate matters and devising pragmatic resolutions.
Required Credentials:
  • N/A
Preferred:
  • Master\'s degree is highly regarded.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment who successfully replaced their legacy ERP with Workday.
  • Certified Workday Professional (e.g., Workday Pro, Workday HCM Consultant) is a plus.
Min to Max Annual Salary

$148,943.00 - $223,415.00 /yr

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.

Seattle Children\xe2\x80\x99s offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
