About this Role

Inside Sales Representatives have a crucial role in the success of our company. You will be responsible for sourcing new sales through outbound reach outs, working directly with potential customers in the US and the UK to understand their needs, and then making effective pitches to get new business from them. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Stay up to date on Industry trends, competitive offerings, and marketing dynamics
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Qualify leads and achieve quotas.
  • Create Customer profiles by researching accounts, Identifying key players, and generating interest.
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects.
  • Explaining service features and benefits
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects.
  • Understand Invisors services and offerings and how It applies to Customers
Relevant skills and experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial and target driven
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working with the Workday platform.
  • Proficiency In using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools
  • Active verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Resilient and tenacious
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
