Oak Hill Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a Workforce ManagerWhat you get from us as a Workforce Manager

  • Starting rates based on experience between $45,000 - $50,000 annually

What will you do as a Workforce Manager
  • Assesses staffing needs of site and determines sufficient staffing levels based upon site census and acuity of resident population.
  • Develops and implements staffing strategic plan, including premium labor spending metrics.
  • Ensures the site has sufficient staff with the appropriate competencies and skill sets to provide nursing and related services to assure resident safety.
  • Proactively creates, maintains, and revises schedules for assigned departments, utilizing the scheduling software.
  • Ensures the workload or assignments of the staff allow for time to participate in team meetings, care plan meetings, attend training, spend time caring for residents and time for breaks.
  • Ensures collective bargaining agreements are being followed.
  • Monitors, reports, and reconciles labor daily including monthly PBJ submissions.
  • Maintains and monitors employee attendance records and work in conjunction with Human Resources to issue any corrective actions.
  • Collaborates with Human Resources with the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Ensures employee list is kept up to date with accurate positions and job status
  • Educates staff on workforce policy and procedure, staffing levels, premium pay, and scheduling software.
  • Leads daily staffing meetings.
  • Attends interdisciplinary team meetings to provide workforce updates.
What you need as a Workforce Manager
  • Must possess a high school education or its equivalent, bachelor\'s degree preferred.
  • Two years of workforce planning or scheduling experience, preferably in healthcare.
