As a Contract Workforce Specialist, you will be supporting the Technology and Product group. The ideal candidate will have solid critical thinking, problem solving and analytical abilities.

Job Title: Workforce Specialist-Contract

Location: Boise, Idaho

Pay Range: $28.15/hour

What\xe2\x80\x99s the Job?

• Facilitate engaging orientation courses and workshops for new team members, virtually and in-person.
• Work with leaders to customize onboarding plans for each team member based on their functional group and job role.
• Handle ongoing onboarding tasks such as scheduling new hire start dates, enrolling team members in training and working with leaders to assign mentors.
• Utilize metrics to evaluate and enhance onboarding programs, ensuring continuous improvement.

What\xe2\x80\x99s Needed?

• Bachelor\'s degree in education, instructional design, human resources, business management or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent expertise in data extraction, analysis, and reporting using advanced Excel functions
• Excellent attention to details and organizational skills.
