Summary

EMR USA has an opening for a yard driver in Dallas, TX. The yard driver will be responsible for relocating containers around the yard for loading purposes. To be successful, the candidate must be able to work safely and independently while accomplishing daily goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Transports materials to and from designated locations in a safe and efficient manner.
• Picks up full containers and unloads in designated locations.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Required Skills / Abilities

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to operate the vehicle safely.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Customer service skills.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED-equivalent.

Other Job Demands

While performing the essential functions of this job, the Yard driver may be near moving mechanical parts and will be exposed to all weather conditions. The noise level in the environment can be loud and will require ear protection. The employee is required to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. This job also requires frequent bending, kneeling, and standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in confined spaces
