Yard Loader$20/hr. + $2 differentialMonday-Friday2nd shift 11:30am-8:30pm (depending on the season-winter 8:30am-5pm, non-winter 11:30am-8:30pm)Are you interested in working in the agriculture industry? A well-established plastics manufacturing company in Southern Minnesota is looking for a full time Yard Loader. You will work along side a great team to produce drainage systems and tiling for the agriculture industry. This is a great opportunity to work for a well established company with room for growth and advancement.Responsibilities:The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Embrace a culture of safety. We expect our people to communicate unsafe conditions, acts or injuries immediatelyMaintain a safe working environment that includes the consistent use of Personal Protection Equipment to ensure your safetySafely operate a forklift and conduct preventative maintenance on forklifts and other machines in the plantEnsure quality by conducting final visual inspections and labeling all finished goodsPromote good customer service skills when loading and unloading deliveries while minimizing errorsEnsure proper product rotation and tracking of inventory levelsAbility to learn and stay current on pipe specifications and packaging requirementsPractice continuous improvement with regard to process and facility housekeepingJob Skills:This position should possess the following skills/knowledge:Self-motivated and the ability to work independentlyEnergetic and thrive in a fast paced environmentBasic inventory management skillsForklift operationDependabilityAbility to learn new skillsTeam-orientedBasic mathematical skillsEducational Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentPreferred Experience:Previous warehouse, industrial or manufacturing experienceBenefits & Pay:

• Starting Pay: $20.50/hr.
