JOB SUMMARY: Provide alternative/additional physical fitness activities to Haskell Health Center staff and community members in an effort to decrease the incidence of diabetes and health disparities associated with diabetes.
PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Responsible for providing Yoga classes to community members and HIHC Staff in the HIHC service area.
• Provide on-line Yoga instruction, as required each week and may be done in conjunction with in-person instruction. The Provide internet links for practicing students.
• Provide music for the sound system, which shall be provided by Haskell Indian Health Center.
• Collaborate with the Haskell Indian Health Center Diabetes Coordinator on programs/class dates.
• Maintain a written log which tracks the number of participants attending classes and shall provide Haskell Indian Health Center Diabetes Program Coordinator with this information.
• Yoga classes shall be held on-line, at the HINU campus, and at the Haskell Indian Health Center.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
